Evelynn Ult Changes.

I'd like to have access to my Ult as Evelynn at level 1, it Doesn't have to do Damage I just want it for the Dive capabilities so I can actually Gank/land a charm at level 3, or Run away from a Invade at level 1, so I stop Instant Dying to Every Jg in the game who realizes they can level 2 Murder me in my Jg. Evelynn Doesn't have any sort Of Movement Speed to escape, but Almost every Jungler in the Game has Leaps/Run speed buttons in abundance. I seriously need something to Keep up, all the Times Junglers have just Hopped in stole my Clear Hopped over walls it's too fricken easy for them, I need a Gap Closer so I can Counter Invade.

A weak early game is supposed to be Evelynn's main weakness. That you can invade her early to shut her down before she has access to strong ganks via perma stealth. I don't see this happening.

Either that or Extend the Range of my E. Make it a Skill shot Idc I need a Gap Closer! this is insane, especially now that The enemy is grouping up at 4 minutes, and 8 Minutes for rift, Eve is Not ready for any of that by those times on the Clock Eve isn't ready to do SHIT until 12 minutes I literally have it Timed I have 2 mil experience as her for mastery 10-12 minutes depending on if I got lucky early game kill. the Whole game is now way too fast passed for this champion.

take chilling smite. do domination + sorcery and take the blue rune that makes u go faster when u use a summoner. W and blue smite enemies to finish the charm.

Eve just jungle around the enemy. dont fight them. shes good with allies.

Evelynn is fine, she actually needs a nerf to her empowered E damage.
