We already lose lp and get a time penalty for dodging. Is it really necessary to make a player close out the client because they don't want to play a match with Blitzcrank jungle into an Udyr?

If you’re below Masters, anything can work. Some people climb with the wildest things. I find that most of the time, the reason a “troll pick” loses is because a teammate sees it and just gives up.
