@Riot Let's talk about Warwick

I wanna to start saying that Eng is not my main language, so i'm sorry if I say something unusual. :(

I'll be clear here: Why Warwick got his rework iceboxed for so long? I know, Zenon started to work on Azir and on other team, but why Warwick is still not such a high priority?

He is the only Alpha stage champ wich has the following:

• He is one of the first released champions.
• Old, simple and boring kit.
• No gameplay updates outside nerfs-buffs and some small QoL changes.
• No visual updates outside texture update wich most of old champions already have.
• Binary kit, so it's difficult to properly balance him without a rework.
• Hell, he even has the first splash art.

Some of the Alpha stage champs have some of that points, but no one has all of them.

So, with that said, why it seems there are so much champions higher than him on the priority list? Isn't already about time to rework him?
