If you die, when you revive at your base and there are enemies with low HP at the moment you revive, his Blood Hunt passive doesn't trigger. They need to be hit again with something to trigger your passive.

Also new observation and why i think the bug happens.
The only condition that triggers W passive is getting below half HP while being hit by a champion.
It doesn't trigger when you revive and the enemies are below half HP.
It doesn't trigger while getting hit by a minion or jungle monster.

there are honestly some many bugs with WW its laughable..
i know of THREE bugs just with his ulti alone... i have posted them multiple times and they are not fixed

Fix this buggg! I've stopped playing WW because it's so obnoxious. I've also noticed that sometimes enemies are at 20% hp while we're in a siege and I don't get a trail, but I don't know what's causing it. Not getting trails on low hp enemies is super obnoxious.
