Elixers

With the SolCcrushed AMA someone brought this up and he said he was sad they aren't used as often. the main reason for this is that they feel like they have no early game advantages to most people. they cost a good bit so you would rather just save for items. no to mention they have a timed use so after buying it you feel like you wasted your money if you get nothing done with it.

im not saying how it should get fixed because frankly i don't know however i just wanted to give some pointers on the item and see what the rest of the community might have some thoughts on it.
