. What I'm really confused about is why
comes next. That only gives 60% critical strike chance. Shouldn't another crit item be built first for a 100% crit chance?
Sure if you want to lose damage? Building IE third gives only 60% crit but it also gives you more AD and true damage on your crits, which means everytime you use your SR's guaranteed crit, you're going to do a little bit of true damage. Which is important because by your third item, most tanks/bruisers/whatever have at least one to two armor items.
