Twitch needs a buff imo.

Yes twitch does have a crappy laning phase but can become a monster late game with his ultimate and botrk/ghostblade. He just feels so weak at the moment. Kalista's e is a stacking execute and slow. Twitch's is a dulled out version of it, without the slow and huge power. I honestly would like to see maybe some movement speed changes to twitch or a small range increase. Maybe even a passive rework to make it a little stronger. He just doesn't compete to a lot of the marksmen bot lane. Also the removal of sword of the divine that i felt was core on him if you were insanely ahead... botrk/youm/ie/sotd/lw. sotd gave him even more assassination power..
