The nerf to his range of his soldiers to be more exact. azir getting a base q damage nerf is enough. He will be useless. @Riot Azir is in a fine position at the moment don't listen to the community hate. 
I would actually like to see azir be able to auto attack alongside his soldiers, and have his commands not interupt his auto attack at all or at least minimized... then they could reduce his soldiers ranged and i wouldn't cry

He tickles early game - any form of sustain will let enemies nearly ignore him.
(SV, Lifesteal, any champion with decent build-in sustain.)
And what is the point of taking him with less Soldier damage?
He blows up quickly if he gets too close, and would probably play like a more gimmicky ADC with the reduced range.
I really don't understand what's the fuzz is about. His winrate is never gone up to 50%. His popularity is so low at 6% with winrate of 48% max.
When some retards think he's a freelo, the popularity goes up to 20% and his winrate for down all the way to 40%. IT's so freaking obvious that idiots have no idea how he works, how to play as Azir or how to counter him.
He's a shitty champ to first pick in that lane. He's a great pick as a counter. Other than that, he does do high dmg like any adc but with AP items from the back line. So he's squishy as fuck.
By pass his soldier and game over when he just uses his q. Some champs don't even care if he uses Q or not.
Azir was ban a lot in EU LCS doe....
