I feel like Ninja Tabi are overpowered

and thus tank items need to be lesser just because of this item, litterally every champion builds it every game, It's adc meta, but this is just rediculous, it should be melee only or atleast the passive should be. Adcs building this item is completely disgusting, creating tanks out of them. edit: it limits the power of other tank items due to its sheer power
