partly since the tank/jungle meta they dont really consider the aftermath of 15+ minutes into the game. that changed how op they could get without kills and 0 late game strategy. as each champion gets experience the assassin ends up int he upset side of it all. i think assassins like fizz need more a buff similar to talons

I'm trying to translate this but I think he is saying how assassins need help when they arent super fed and that fizz should receive a buff similar to talons. If this is the case then it wouldnt really change anything. Talon's buff was completely irrelevant whether you are behind or ahead it's the lethality changes that are actually going to buff him. As for fizz he needs to be a threat when he cant just ult cheese you because as it stands he has no kill pressure with his basic abilities.
