man dynamic queue is toxic teams just dont care when they start a new game

many old and new players are trying to get passed their gold1 , plat1 , and if they have the experience of a s3 player maybe trying to break dia1. basically they dont play as a leader and its really a SCAM of peoples borders when it comes to end of season rewards when they cant ignore the majority of people that dont care. if more people care then you could get 50% more people into diamond1 that deserve it.
