is tamh kench getting a nerf
his stun is 1.5 secconds and is on a 3 second cooldown at max CDR. that champion doesnt make sense

needs his stun to keep you in range. otherwise you do ekko lul things or riven lul things and kite him 4ever while he can't get any damage in.
he needs to hit you 3 times with aa for his passive to make his Q a stun, not to mention that everytime he stuns you the passive resets and he has to hit you 3 times again, just leave his aa range, easy as that
