Give Vel'Koz' w Grounding. Also, How is there not a Dark Star Vel'Koz?

Hey Riot. When was the last time you changed Vel'Koz or released a skin for him? Seriously? 8.14. We've gone through far too many releases and reworks of dashy champions with op abilities and ranges. Vel'Koz has one MAJOR problem in this current gamestate. He has no escapes. And his one form of hard cc puts him at midrange to most leap threats. Giving his w grounding would solve that without making him too op as it doesn't slow. The skin thing is just for kicks. Come on Riot. Give Vel some love. Also his numbers probably need tweeked.
