Game Balance feels SO WRONG.

People have been saying that Akali was broken and Riot have nerfed the hell out of her kit, to the point that she's got a 43% winrate, lowest in the entire game. The issue was JUST the shroud, and it's now been fixed. Buff her back. Lucian has been the top ADC since at least mid 2018(that's when I started League), and he's never been nerfed. You might say Kai'Sa's the best, but she's been nerfed appropriately. Lux has got a ultimate that has 1/6th the cast time of Karthus' and Requiem' has so many counters that it isn't even funny. Lux's ulti also has approximately the same damage, although for less range but it's got less counters and cooldown reduction if it kills you. Yorick's been nerfed quite a bit for "taking over low elos"(the devs actually said this), but I've seen him twice. TWICE out of a few hundred games. Ezreal's got a 13.82% play rate right now, and he's been buffed a lot to go from 9-10% use rate to this. Why is he getting buffed when there's Kalista sitting at the bottom with a 1.13% play rate and 46% win rate? Riot, please fix.
