Odd Lore Question: Do Champions(or just Runeterrans in general) wear underwear?
I'm fairly sure a bunch of the champions don't wear underwear. Let's ignore the non-humans, and just focus on the humans.
I'm curious about whether they do or not.

Gragas wears underwear, or atleast whatever the rags may cover. On his model, it does cover up below him, thus counts as underwear.
Janna may or may not be wearing underwear. It's her "battle armor" but also a lingerie.
Ashe also wears underwear, though blackened by the model; how close the shadowing is to her private areas can give away that these must be black panties.
Though cannot be confirmed by the model, lore wise they're wild beasts who can shapeshift.
Xayah and Rakan, especially since they're rebelling against Ionia and other humans; wear nothing under there.
Ahri wished to become human, so it would make since for her to wear at least a thong.
Zoe isn't lying about her "I'ma dance in my super pants, otherwise I'd be naked."
However this raises a question of itself.
Does she mean naked as in bare naked, or just in underwear?
Whatever it may be, all we know is she's wearing shorts.
This, I can give an easy answer to.
YES, she's not wearing underwear. She's wearing "underarmor."
Same can be said for LeBlanc. They're both wearing lingerie under their armor, thus only protecting their good parts with the lingerie.

Piltovans, Zaunites, and Bilgewater residents certainly wear the undergarments of the 18th-19th centuries (especially corsets; they're essential for steampunk). Demacians and Noxians would likely wear them from a few centuries back, maybe 15th-17th centuries. Similarly for Ionia, but they would likely wear Asian-based undergarments. Don't ask me about Freljord, Ixtal, or Shurima, because I know next to nothing about the realities of Viking, Egyptian, and Mayan/Incan/Aztec clothing.
EDIT: Forgot to mention Buhru; since they're based on Polynesian cultures, they likely wouldn't wear much in the way of undergarments since they live in a pretty warm archipelago. And we know next to nothing about the culture of the Blessed Isles (but that might possibly change when that new marksman comes out?) so I won't even try to ask what they wore.

Almost guaranteed they do. People have worn undergarments since at least the ancient egyptians. Warmer regions such as Shurima probably don't though, loincloths are enough for them to not roast their nuts.
Aatrox's current host was human at one point (so it counts dammit!), and he doesn't wear any underwear.
Not saying that that's a bad thing, though...

Forgive me for straying a bit from the point of this topic but, I'm personally not concerned about whether they do wear it or not, as much as i wonder what kind they could wear. i often find myself looking up some strange stuff about history. like how their underwears were designed? what type of material they used? how often they bath? how would they do it? would they take care of their teeth? what would they use to brush them? i wonder this sort of thing about all over the world in different times of history. so i end up wondering the same stuff about Fantasy worlds as well.
Lux does, I read on TVTropes that she has panties with childish designs, supposedly Star Guardian has a star and Mystic form has a butterfly. I can't confirm this though.
I don't think Teemo wears underwear. At least the "normal" Teemo. He has a lot of furr and it shouldn't feel comfortable to wear it alongside his pants.
But Little Devil Teemo (the Lords' true form) actually wears underwear. Also both Super Teemo and Beemo wears underwear outside the pants, and Astro Teemo has to wear specialized underpants.
