I was wondering... Why is there no option to make a bot in custom games?

I would say that the difficulty comes down to the programming for how the bot would decide which card to pick on his W.

That and making him use his ult effectively. There's many ways you can use that ult to great effect.

Bots are getting smarter. Just today, I saw a Jax Bot lay a ward down so he could ward-hop. Surprised the crap outta me.

I really want ALL champions to be on the list of playable bots. Riot really needs to make improving bots a larger priority, including adding additional difficulty tiers.

Sona & sion used to be options, but they were removed before their reworks and never added back.

Jinx used to be on the list, but got removed for some reason. THOUGH I THINK i KNOW WHY. At least for her.

Maybe they just don't want certain hypercarries on the list that ruin days regardless of bot difficulty. Max AS Jinx will still be a problem even on a beginner bot.

Yeah jax & jinx I can see why, but yi & graves are there; besides when has sona & sion carried a team like a carry after their rework? The ai is going to play even worse, so that shouldn't be a problem.

His Ult might be a bit difficult to program (possibly. He might keep trying to use it as an escape and well... good luck with that bot TF .__.), but over all that would be a nice addition. I know there are other bot champs with ults that would seem hard to program, but they seem more or less fine.
