[GAMEPLAY] Fizz ult not attaching and did 0 damage

FIRST TIME THE ISSUE IS APPEARING. ALL OTHER FIZZ ULTIMATES IN THE GAME ATTACHED PROPERLY AND DID DAMAGE.

What was happening:

  1. Fizz throws shark.
  2. 3 people walk over the shark, Shaco (myself), Nidalee and Blitzcrank.
  3. The fish does not attach to anyone of us, and we get out scoot free.
  4. Blitz does not seem to be damaged by the fish, even though the edge just clipped him (he got knocked up)

I have no idea how to reproduce the issue. I am sorry. I can provide more evidence if need.

This is intended, when the ultimate reaches it's destination, it cannot attach to anybody, as you can see, the fish goes on it's belly, that means it cannot be picked up.

TL;DR: if you miss Fizz's ultimate, it stays belly up and you can walk over it.

Not a bug. Intentional. Chum the Waters was changed to remove the "whiff seeker" as I'll call it. The fish trailing around after missing an ultimate was removed. If the ultimate is missed, the fish simply flops around before it expires and summons the shark.
