Replacing "Wanderer" (20 ms out of combat) with "[insert name here]" (Ignore unit collision) would be a good place to start.

I know many people would put 21 into utility just for that.

I actually like wander on supports like Janna and honestly mages should just stick to the normal 21/0/9
