The item is great on a lot of fighters now, instead of just reworking the item again, keep it how it is and make a new mana cooldown item for adcs.
I don't see any reason to remove it when some champions are only as good as they are because of it. (

Yeah Jax, Yi and Renekton are totally broken because of essence reaver...
How is Renekton taking a mana item considered good? You're just buying the AD, CD, and passive. Wouldn't you be better off with something like Bloodthirster or Death's Dance?
they did make a new item fror adc's. it called Stormrazor. though by now assassin's are abusing it too.
Or they could just revert the mistake that was the crit patch
The goal was champion diversity and delayed power spikes, yet we're right back to ADC-only 1- to 2-item power spike bot lane
