What in the hell do you need to hot nerf singed for???

FINALLY, after 2 years of singed players begging for him to see the sight of people actually playing him as a viable champion. Thats right! He finally got the buffs he's needed forever. And you know what Riot thinks? He needs to be hotnerfed. What. The. Fuck. What is wrong with Singed so much that he needs nerfs? Finally his Q deals damage if you build ap. He has a passive that (despite me not liking it) actually involves doing something rather than just stacking stats. His W was a flat out nerf due to losing 35% of his slow for a grounded effect and once they step away from the puddle they can run away with no problems. He still has the same problems. He's countered by every champion except like 5 toplane, or anyone with a brain to kite or stay away from him. Anyone can still buy 2 mr items and make him deal next to no damage. But hey, he's finally getting something to compensate all the crap of being a pure melee. Hopefully after getting gutted again, he'll be buffed again in a few more seasons, until riot decides to stop being idiots and give this poor old man the rework he deserves.
