"We know we haven't accomplished the individual skill part with Dynamic Queue"

"The bridge may not be be doing a great job of getting cars across, but we have a solution involving multiple other systems that will be implemented at some point in the future. Yatta yatta yatta you can't wait to have a perfect bridge"I took some liberties with the quote

It's pretty frustrating hear "the system doesn't do as good a job recognizing individual skil as the old system, but..." as if that was just some silly nice to have in the old match making system. It's a **ranked **ladder, the whole point is recognizing individual skill. You had a great match making system, and you replaced it with a fundamentally flawed system. But somehow, the fundamentally flawed system is better foundation to build this great game on for the next several years? I say fundamentally flawed because MMR values earned in group will have a different meaning than MMR values earned as a solo player. The system and the players won't know the difference, but the difference is real.

How this has effected my gameplay experience.

  1. It feels like I get ignored by my team much more since dynamic queue. Team doesn't chat much, likely because they are on separate VOIP programs.
  2. groups don't ping as much, since they are used to altering their group with VOIP.
  3. Groups play selfishly for their small group. In my experience groups of 3 or 4 ignore the solo team members at the expense of playing as a 5 man team.
