Is kasssidin still garbage or playable?
Is he really as bad as everyone thinks he is or are some people over hyping him?

He's pretty strong, but his early game is not the best, in fact it's probably one of the weakest early games.
He's very playable, you just need to put some time into learning him.
he is a counterpick champion. he is good at his niche role and he is good lategame in general. besides that you will have problems.
