Lucian Disappeared from my roster... [CLIENT]

@Riot There is a weird bug where when i am in champion select I am not able to find Lucian in my champion roster. My friend gifted me Lucian one day and I then owned the champion. He is one of my favorite ADCs of all time and Ive played the crap out of him. I even own the Project Lucian skin for him. And one day I was messing around in ranked when I noticed that he wasn't in my roster. I was very confused and couldn't find him in the select, even if I typed his name in... After the game I soon started investigating and soon realized THAT I DON'T OWN HIM ANYMORE. What kind of bug is that? How does that happen? It says that I have the skin unlocked, but I don't have him unlocked. @Riot PLEASE fix this bug. This is really unfair and I want my ADC hypercarry back. Please fix ASAP. IDK how this couldve happened, but I would excuse it if I could get him back. Please upvote so someone from the riot team can notice this bug.
