Make Champ Metas and not Class Metas for all Future seasons.

Create a general framework for how the game is supposed to work, and from there different cream and counters will rise from split to split. Having one or a couple "things" strong has been stale. Of course this also means you will have to fix (change) champs that are perpetually pro meta bc that means their power does not come from balance or a meta, but from poor design.
