Warlords- life steal and 30% movement speed boost Stormraider's Surge- 75% slow resistance and 40% movement speed boost
I feel Stormraider's Surge needs some bigger buffs then normal side of things, because warlord outshines it now with the speed boost. Maybe increase the speed boost or even give it a quick silver sash type of thing after deal that amount of dmg. idek I just thought maybe you over looked this.
