Judging by the pro-scene, she seems to be the comfort pick for many midlaners. She will get banned or picked and she already reached the 60+% winrate. Despite being a "high ceiling champ" she shows quite the opposite with her stats, in comparison with other high skill cap champs like Cass, whose winrate is about 42%.

oSEXYPLATYPUSo2 votesfrom data im seeing syndra has a win rate of 50.56 while cass as you mentioned has a win rate of 50.52 so they are comparable and rank 16th,17th in mid according to win rates with out having an abnormally high pick rate . syndra's being 9.16% and cass at 4.79%. yes syndra's is higher but win % is close to the same, only a difference of .04% so how is it she needs nerfs cuz of her insanely normal win rate? or cuz people like playing her ?

They are the ones that get the absolute maximum out of Syndra as a high skill ceiling champion. Additionally, the pro scene is a fairly small sample size (not that you provided any numbers or where you got the winrates from), and you aren't controlling for what teams play what.
What if only the bottom 3 teams played Cass and only the top 2 played Syndra? That would skew their winrate heavily in opposite directions. Syndra would look like a god and Cass would look like garbage if you only looked at winrates. You need to look at context too.
