How do you end a game when you have a good advantage

I've been preparing for Season 7 ranked matches, because I want to start my ranked experience in a new season. Ive noticed that in many of the games I play that I end up doing good in lane and get ahead.. I have so much trouble trying to end a game with a win.

Most of the games that I get fed, it takes up to 40 minutes to win a game or we just choke because the other team is scaling.

I've tried split pushing, then the top laner tp's and I'm scared off I've tried getting dragons and barren, still does nothing.

Teamfights depend on the comp we have. I just feel like I'm stuck in a hole not knowing what to do.

This has happened the past 10 matches (Ignore the URF games cause I suck at URF) I'm so irritated with the guilt that I couldn't put my team over the edge with the advantage I was given in laning phase.

At this point, I feel like this is a personal problem that I just need to get over by myself. But I need some sort of advice.

you need to communicate with your team to really accomplish much. when you split push and they send someone to deal with you you can fight that person and win possibly or if they send more than 1 then go back to safety and tell your team to push a different lane since they have the number advantage. you have to push for objectives meaning towers and inhibs so if you get baron or drag and your team is just grouped together fucking around not doing anything you take the lead and try to corral them towards pushing for a tower

Ill try that next time, its a learning process. This game is so much deeper than just having mechanical skill.

If your team has a sizable enough lead, your comp really doesn't matter. Just group as 5 and push a lane. You'll win teamfights regardless because of how strong you all are. After you push down a tower in one lane, do the same in another. It's all about rotations basically, how coordinated your team is.
