You dont get a grade after a match

After you play a game, the summoner rank and game rank doesn't show anymore. Then when you start another game, you hear the animation of your summoner level for that but you still don't see it.

I haven't been receiving a grade since the hextech chests started. I only get a spinning circle after each game.

Hey guys,

We found a bug with the timing of processing loot and champ mastery scores at end of game; your score and items aren't lost but sometimes will not show up. We've got a fix for that we're aiming to get out off peak today that will fix the issue.

I'm having trouble with this too. The new hextech chests are supposed to be rewarded to players who receive like S- or higher (once every couple days or something,) but the ranking has stopped all together for me.

Have you ever (or at least recently in the last few months) been on a game/chat restriction? I was about a month ago so now not getting a Grade or any Loot either. Check out my posting and see if similar. If yes, when please vote to help get attention to the problem. Thanks! my new posting!
