What champion besides Kennen starts with an AD item when they are really AP?

I wish someone would mention the Doran's Blade adaptive damage thing swapping his early AP to AD. This is really driving me crazy, lol.

Corki? He doesn't build AP but majority of his damage is magic and he builds AD.

Yeah but he actually builds AD which helps with his abilities, it also helps when it synergizes with Electocute since it can be dealt as physical damage. However, this is the only AD item you actually build on Kennen, unless you're going AD, since he doesn't have a mana bar to restore mana from Doran's Ring. Besides, like I said with Electrocute, because of this, it's not gonna deal magic damage until you buy an AP item.

Some Jhins start dorans ring if the reverse counts. Less upfront damage, but more wave control.

It's rare to see a Kennen build ap anymore. The ult nerf made it a niche way of playing kennen as he is no longer a primary engage champion, but a secondary engage champion. So people that play kennen are forced to build more of on hit builds to allow him to still have viability.
