I would agree with you if you wouldn't reply to my M&G post, but you did. Also he's still not balanced, not fine. He still could use some nerfs, he still is broken! Less broken from his recent nerf, but still broken. You're denying it because you

B. You meet noobs that play him

It's not a scapegoat, it's the real deal. If I would have posted this on other day (let's say Wednesday) you would see I would have more people agreeing with me. My meme was referring to yo, but like 20% of it, you were just another fish in the hate ocean.

About his ultimate... So now how is he going to do what he's supposed to do and kill anyone? Skirmishers are set apart from Assassins due to the fact that they can kill anything; Fiora has her passive and her ult, Master Yi has his true damage and his passive, Jax is Jax , Ekko has his passive and his W passive... What would Yasuo get in return for losing the thing that helps him kill tanks, which, unlike the others, is a buff that is stuck on his ultimate?
