You shouldn't be able to ban an ally hover/ Why Auto fill shouldn't be in Norms

Title^, but I'll go into more detail here. (Yes it will be rant-y)

I've been playing on an alternate account to grind up to 30, because I want another account so that ranked on my main isn't as stressful. The backstory is now over. (Current Acc Lv 10)

So I just got into draft on my alt (Top/ Jg-Mid) and I've been having a SEVERE problem with people banning the champion I hover, and then demanding my role. I feel like I need to hover my particular champion, because their a fairly common ban, but I'm getting MY OWN TEAMMATES BANNING IT INSTEAD. So they're either getting autofilled, or choosing fill, then greifing their allies to try and get their role. I have played 3 games on that account today AND IT HAS HAPPENED THREE FUCKING TIMES. I don't know if others experience this problem, but it is absolutely deplorable behavior, and shouldn't be permitted in the game. I've had this problem more than just today, and the players who do this are always very toxic in game too.

TL;DR: Fuck auto-fill at low ranks, and quit letting trolls ban allied champions.
