Is it just me, or has bot lane been a clown fiesta lately?

Now this might just be me, but an overwhelming majority of bot lane players I've been matched with lately have been toxic, have fed intentionally, trolled, or some combination of the above three. I'm not just bitching I would actually like to know if there's a plausible reason for this, if anyone else has been dealing with this, or if maybe it's just some bad bot lane juju that I'll finish dealing with eventually. Any bot lane players care to explain, or elaborate in any way would be appreciated.

If you downvote this post please tell me why, so that I can improve comprehension of my intentions in the future, because downvoting without mentioning what offended you, etc. is like a spoiled child throwing a tantrum, and refusing to tell anyone what's wrong. It helps no one, and it's annoying to EVERYone. I don't really care IF you downvote, but I'd like to know why.

ADCs are historically a problem.

bot has always been a clown fiesta. bot lane premade vs bot lane non premade is a clown fiesta, bot lane getting camped by premade jungler is a clown fiesta, bot lane also gets fucked alot by TP and global ults. so yeah usually one bot ends up feeding and the other winning really hard.

Ya know, I think a lot of it has to do with dynamic queue. I main ADC, secondary support. And in my experience, when going into queues, if I get bot lane, the support yells at me that they're insufficient support, and I feel obligated to switch with them, or the complete opposite scenario (they get bot, want support, etc.) and if I don't, well... they either dodge queue or troll the game. Not only that, but people who choose "fill" usually get put into the support role and they get all upset. So all of these people are being put in bot lane that don't want to be there, or are in a role they don't want, and I think it's just causing people to treat bot lane as a playground that doesn't really matter to the game. It's certainly gotten worse over the last two months or so. :/

Well I've seen mids taking TP again and just constantly having a party down bot with mid, top and junglers constantly down in this lane.

I guess this is what you mean by clown fiesta?
