A change to towers
What if towers gained AD the more enemy champions there were, within a certain range, but lost that bonus AD if there were more allied champions within range. Tower shots would still deal the same amount of damage to minions, and their base AD and AD growth would be unaffected.
For example, when there are 2 visible champions within X units of the tower, and there is only 1 visible allied champion within X units of the tower, the tower gains Z bonus AD. However, if there are 2 visible enemy champions within X units of the tower, and 2 allied champions within X range of the tower, the tower doesn't gain bonus AD.
The formula for this would look something like, (Number of enemy champions * X) - (Number of allied champions * X). The objective here is to make towers more formidable during ganks, without making them so that dives are too risky.
