Dark Waters Or SoulStealer Vladimir?

Honestly I can't really decide which one to pick and none of Vladimir's other skins interest me.

Dark Waters has updated VFX and the splash art is really nice, the theme adds a nice look to it as well. Though I hate the model, he looks so awkward and weird with his jacket or coat??? And the face looks really stretched. The particles are really nice, especially his Sanguine Pool and Hemoplague, I love how he sinks into the ground and the sound effects on his abilities. The Hemoplague looks amazing with the rippling effect and his VFX give a bit of an advantage seeming that the abilities are almost invisible in the river. Plus he looks really smooth with the abilities.

Soulstealer looks nice I guess but is a bit out of date. The splash art isn't too impressive and the recall doesn't look that nice. But the abilities look really nice and smooth, I love the black and green colours but the model looks a bit weird like the Dark Waters model. I especially love the Sanguine Pool and the Transfusion.
