Frankly Spear of Shojin can lose 10-15% cdr on hit and still be good. it just needs more hp and ad. doesnt matter if the cost needs to increase although hp is a stats that costs too much for how much it gives on tank items. Fighters just need access to a attack speed/ ad item that isnt a bunch of non combat stats like item 3078 bloating the price and lowering the effectiveness of combat stats and Non conditional movement speed items like adcs and mages have if anything conditional movement speed should be on ranged champions who can more easily fulfill those conditions versus on melee's

shojin is a bad item its overrated the old essence revear was god. if if had mana remove and it was 75 ad for 2750g would of been best item in game hands down

U right it is an overrated item. but the spell refund is really too good. Thats just riot bias Nerfing the damage for fighters and making it more expensive. Essense reaver needs to go back to being the lifesteal % missing mana refund item. Maybe a little attack speed too. Give crit champions another crit ad item. Hopefully with a non synergistic effect because they will make the defensive items work against themselves but will make every crit item multiply other crit items effects. if health was worth as the cost jack up on mage items as it is on fighter items then items like item 3116 and item 3151 with their current stats would be 3k cost items and item 3027 would be a 3.6k item with its current stats.
