Another question that not related to the topic:
How do they balance stuff like stun duration, for example Lux Q? Do they balance it for the champion itself or considered a team-fight situations? if for the champion itself, it would suck cause Lux is usually a team-champion Mage Support. A root for 2 seconds with dmg, followed by more dmg from E+R is just too much.
in this DMG meta, i would prefer Zed as a (assassin) to get me rather than Lux / Morgana Etc.. Yesterday i play against Jhin + Lux, My Adc was perma stunned, just like his counter-play doesn't exist =S
