When are we getting new Warwick and Irelia splashes?

Seriously? WW hasn't had his changed in years, and his current one is terrible. Irelia's suffers the same problem, and we've seen better splashes for her. What gives? Are they going to give WW a new one when they get around to reworking his outdated mess of a kit?

I think they are going to give them the new splashes when they get reworked, but it might take a while. Sivir still doesn't have her Pizza skin.
