i really enjoy not only not being able to run away from her root because she has a speed boost for no reason but not just that if i do escape its back 2 seconds later

Her kit would be too weak with long CDs, she relies heavily on her spells being spammable; particularly her Q and E.

She needs cooldowns to be relevant in the game. Quite frankly she needs a slight rework, new passive, and new way to use her W. Riot is buffing and nerfing her numbers while not actually addressing her problems.
