Best response to lane freezing

When a lane bully like renek freezes the wave so you cannot get cs what is the best solution/ workarounds. Edit: thanks everyone for the tips and help.

renek usualy pushes like crazy, but if he freezes u're basically fucked because u can't roam, he can push way too easy when he realizes that you're missing and take your turret

Depends on how close to your turret they are. If they're close, you're going to want to stay around for when they finally come up. But if they're a deal away, you can go back to base to buy, go gank another lane, go put down some deep wards, do some jungling, go try to find and piss off their jungler if your champ is stronger, or look for a teleport gank if you have teleport.

A lot of stuff that involves leaving lane but not moving too far (like deep wards and jungling) will sometimes cause them to push harder and then you can walk back into lane and farm under tower.

Thanks. My problem was he was freezing them in the middle of the lane.

Depends on how they behave.

I generally just back off and farm a jungle camp (either the Krugs or Gromp), killing Scuttle Crab or placing wards to let them believe that I am roaming. This generally has them break the freeze (or it breaks itself) and they push the wave towards my tower so I can safely farm it.

man i usally have to have to jungle come help break a freeze from someone like renek. Even if u dont get a kill or even burn a flash 9 out of 10 times when they see that jungler in their lane they will back off and break the freeze.

Number of things, but it depends on who you are playing:

You can take jungle camps
You can roam to another lane
Go shop and buy
Go deep in the enemy jungle to ward and/or force a proxy to make your opponent unfreeze the lane to come to you
