I've read on the PBE boards from you several days ago that the +8% shields/heals mastery was supposed to work with Mordekaiser's passive shield, but it doesn't look like it does on live. Is my math off or has it not been fixed for the current patch?
If that interaction is not supposed to happen, then I'm probably gonna take the +4% max health over Runic Armor. But it's a tough decision.
For some reason they won't answer this. Many people including myself have been asking the same question not for just Morde but in general. Really starting to get annoying, especially when you start tracking the Red Posts and their content. Actual game mechanics are rarely being discussed.
Yeah, I actually tested it on the PBE and CertainlyT reaffirmed it SHOULD work.
Yet it doesn't.

Well I'm fine if it doesn't since it's a rather unique shield and the mastery is already good for his healing, but I just want some clarity on the matter. I'm already using it and it feels great.
