Can Morde's Q Spellvamp properly now, and can we PLEASE fix Runic Armor+Iron Man

For some reason the rework kept his Q coded as an AOE ability - previously it was considered AOE when striking multiple targets, but applied full spellvamp if it hit an isolated target.

Now that its damage was destroyed, can we please at least make it heal for the proper amount, instead of making it apply as an AOE for no apparent reason? And no, multi-hit/DoT abilities do NOT have reduced spellvamp. Torment (Swain) and Malefic Visions (Malzahar) both apply full spellvamp, just as a quick example.

By the way, we haven't forgotten about Iron Man - Runic Armor, it just gets very irritating to post/bump the same thing all the time and still have it get no attention from Riot despite the fact it was mentioned as a bug by CertainlyT several patches ago.

These two bug fixes would already help Morde a fair bit considering he's among the worst champions in the game right now, and I'm glad to see you guys are trying to put him in a healthier state. Enforcing his intended strengths (drain-tanking oriented style that Riot seems to want him to have) would be a good step towards that.
