New champ select is taking too long

everytime i que up, people always dodge in the champ select. i find it annoying that i have to wait 20 minutes just to start a game of lol. people dont pay attention to the champ select since they're doing some other shit online. i recommend to have the client pop up when it is the players turn to lock in or ban. this might help fix the reason why many people hate the new champ select.
