Has anyone tried going smite Teemo for the bloodrazor tank shred? It could be fairly useful against certain champions such as Nasus, Gnar, Garen, etc. I'm considering giving it a shot by replacing my ignite slot with smite the next time I play Teemo top.

Meh, gunblade has better synergy with his AP ratios and also gives you the kite slow and lifesteal. You could still go botrk with bloodrazor so I don't see how that's relevant.
MyriadSloths1 votesKindof a waste if that's all you get it for. Jungle items are made to be worse than other items so it's kindof stupid. If you don't want ignite get tp, much more useful than a whole summoner spell for a little extra damage vs tanks.
