Seriously, there's almost no top lane bully that effectively counters Kennen.
Could we get some more diversity in the top lane? I want to be able to play things like

Um... Irelia beats Kennen.
But I would not call her a lane bully except against ranged who wonder into the top lane and even that is sometimes pushing it.
GP isn't a lane bully. People complain about how safe and passive his lane is. Mundo is a lane bully, same with Cho. Nasus has his splitpush Nasus build, Aatrox just ins't strong ATM, and Sion can still be played pretty well top.

Are you serious about Swain? He's a very, very bad pick at the moment.
GP is a safe champion, not a bully.
He does a good job surviving the matchups he does well into, and gets slaughter by his hard matchups.

I keep playing no matter how much it hurts, simply because i hate being a meta sheep. I guess it's the old MMO player inside me talking...
Darius can easily be countered with patience, Swain is easily countered by 1 or 2 items, Jayce is just OP, Gnar has some windows of weakness but can be beaten easily by Nasus, GP is a toss up cause his early game is crap, and Irelia is well....Irelia (better nerf her though).

The criteria for bully certificate is being strong from either the start or very shortly after as in 2-3 lvls.
Irelia needing gold to get to that lvl does not qualify.
As for the ones you wish to play....
is trash due to having been nerfed to the ground due to having issues. Riot have said he's left there until rework team is ready.
being a lategame champ struggles against bullies, midgame champs and jungle ganks. All which are currently stronger than usual.
Isn't fine tho? I mean he is a tank so sure he struggles against bullies but his mid-lategame should be just fine.
should be the same as Mundo to my knowledge, struggles agaisnt bullies and Darius the juggernaut but should be fine otherwise.
depends on what he builds i guess? If he goes tank he has the same issue's as Mundo or Nasus. But if he goes AP he is squishy which is a world of issue's all by itself.

I try so hard to make Cho'gath work in this season, the most I have been able to do against the likes of Darius and Jayce is to just stay safe and build tanky first and then hope I come out on top if/when they try to dive me. I think toplane in general is just in a really bad spot atm.
