@RIOT: reconsider IP costs

OK, we all know that IP is here to make us play. There's nothing wrong with that, and it would actually be really boring if we had all the champions unlocked at lvl 1. But the IP costs for champions, runes and rune pages were calculated long back, when there were less champions and probably less runes. Now, there are 126 champions and it costs 488.400 IP to buy them all. That's quite a lot, isn't it? Considering you would win 80 IP per match(wchich is a lot) and an average player plays 10 matches a day, you would earn ~950 IP per day(First win of the day bonus included). Knowing that, it takes an average player 514 days to collect all the champions. That's a year and a half. But with a new champion released every 1.5 months, that number will go up by a lot in that year and a half.

And we haven't even talked about runes, but I don't even think that's neccessary. The point is, with more and more new champions(which is awesome by the way, keep it up), all the IP costs need to be reconsidered and recalculated. Maybe lower rune (pages) costs or add another champion tier(somewhere between 3150 and 4800), something needs to be done.

P.S. Add a 'suggestions' board here, I didn't know where to post this.
