Best ADC, Lucian vs Kai’sa

Best Aggressive ADC

Okay, I am level 40 and I want an ADC. I will be a Pyke main with Thresh for backup and Braum if u have to play defensively. I have recently play ADC in the past 2 weeks and my opinion on them has changed. I used to think they were just characters who just stood still and did damage, but after playing Lucian and Kai’sa on the free rotation, I have realized 2 things: 1. ADCs can make plays, and 2. I just get really bad ADCs when I play Thresh/Pyke. After doing research (and making other posts) I have narrowed my choices down to Lucian and Kai’sa. Even though this will not be my main tile in ranked, I like to be good (or at least decent) at my off roles (Akali top), so skill Ceiling or Floor is not an issue do me (I will not play Draven though, the game has to be too focused around me). The differences I see between Lucian and Kai’sa:

Lucian: High damage, seems like you build life-steal, mobile, falls off late game due to lack of range, very easy to proc PtA, but people say he is not the best right now and is not in the best spot.

Kai’sa: High Q damage, W > R combo is great, good late game, played at all levels/elos (including pros), good players play her, seems more reliable, better range, better team fighter. Can she be aggressive in lane? (I don’t like farming)!

Kai'Sa needs to farm. She's a hypercarry. She needs to farm well AND get kills, but if she does, she can totally dominate a game. No game is ever truly over if you're playing Kai'Sa, but you need to play things safe early on.

Lucian is the opposite. His early game is one of the strongest of all marksman (second only to Draven), and once he gets a few kills, his ability to win skirmishes over objectives is unparalleled. He does fall off, but he can also close out a game pretty fast if he's allowed to snowball.

If you want an aggressive laner, Lucian is your guy, hands down. Kai'Sa can't play nearly as aggressive and needs to wait for item powerspikes before her kit really comes online.
