Can we disable duskblade till a proper fix is issued?

This item is getting way out of hand with too many champions. its stupid to deal with every game, anything can use it, everyones getting anal fucked by this one stupid item. something, i have no clue what, but something has to change with this busted item,

im not asking to delete it, im asking for riot to just look further into this. and see what solution can help people getting 2 shot by this absurd item.
