I feel like the change to Mao's ult is just moving him into an almost identical slot as Leona, divey CC tank. Between the passive and 4 skills they basically do the same things, little extra damage, hard cc, soft cc, sustain and a larger CC ult. I liked Mao's old ult, made him feel more like a bodyguard, now the first thing I thought of was Nami's ult and Zyra E

Feels like it not only ruins his kit, but his identity too. Please don't make this change riot... for the love of god. His current ult is unique and IS the reason to play him. The new one is so cheesy, unoriginal, unremarkable and completely unnecessary...
Leave it alone, just this once, please.
his new ult is a cross of zyra and nami and it looks stupid. he was the anti carry and his ult gave him that identity and now riot just ruined that
I loved being able to engage, OR sit back with my squishies and grant them peel and damage reduction. This change really is a real shame. Zac on the other hand, looks AMAZING. And Sej looks.... err, well, I think that rework was pretty pointless. It's like Rito just gets bored of champions, even if they're perfectly healthy, and reworks them jsut for the sake of reworking them.
I personally think it at least needs to be faster and longer. I swear it's like a worse Nami ult despite the description of it sounding good.
