[Client] Champ select bugged, draft selection progression error?

I was in champ select for a ranked game, waiting for my turn to select my champ. When it got to what should have been my turn, it still said "now picking" for the person on the other side who had just picked and the list of champs did not pop up. I manually brought up the list but it would not let me lock in. The timer ran down and i was kicked from the lobby. This resulted in a promo loss marked against me.
