With the 5.2 nerfs to Akali she is now often referred to as "Clunky." Does that really work on an assassin? It just seems.. quite.... backwards. Her usefulness in games is also brought into question with the large win-rate drop... I think there are better ways to go about nerfing Akali. What do you guys think?
I played her like two days ago and facerolled. I didnt feel clunky at all. Honestly the biggest problem I have run into as akali is the 250g upgraded trinket that lets you drop a pink lol.
Akali doesn't have an identity anymore.
I actually saw a few akalis for the past few days on my team and the opposing one, and they did rather well. I don't play Akali so im not the best person to talk about this, but I've seen Akali to a certain degree of success in games.
Akali's core identity is "I want to be an unkiteable high-sustain assassin". I'm not saying that because I'm salty about Akali, I'm saying that because that is seriously what makes her different- being an assassin that is incredibly hard to kill and incredibly hard to escape. If you want Akali to be balanced around her core identity, then she needs a new one.
Her E is worse than autos.......
